Social Media Manager for AI Learning and Solutions

We believe that social media is the most powerful marketing channel, and we are looking for a fearless social media manager that wants to learn AI and how our business will train the next generation of professional workers and entrepreneurs. Is that you?

Position: Contract-to-Hire, 15-20 hours/week initially, with potential for full-time and equity based on performance.
Location: Remote (Phoenix area preferred for occasional in-person meetings, but not necessary)
Recruiters: While we greatly respect the valuable work of recruiters, we’re currently managing our hiring internally due to budget constraints

Job Overview

We’re looking for a relentless and fearless Social Media Manager who understands both organic and paid marketing. This isn’t just about posting content; it’s about driving engagement, building community, and using AI and automation to amplify our reach. Your success will be measured by social media-driven traffic, conversion rates, and public sentiment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Create, schedule, and monitor high-quality content across multiple platforms.
  • Analyze social media metrics to assess performance and optimize strategies.
  • Manage organic and paid campaigns on platforms like Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Foster community engagement and respond to comments and messages.
  • Collaborate with our team to align social media efforts with overall business goals.
  • Learn and utilize our proprietary marketing automation solutions to streamline posting logistics and drive innovation.

Skills and Qualifications You Have, or are Excited About Developing

  • Experience with Meta Ad Manager, TikTok Ad Manager, and LinkedIn.
  • Proficient in analyzing social media analytics.
  • Skilled in using Canva for creative content.
  • Proven track record with active accounts of at least 5k followers, or similar experience.
  • Enthusiastic about learning and leveraging AI tools and automation.
  • Strong understanding of social media trends and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Open to individuals with varied educational backgrounds: whether you have formal education, a lot of experience, or both, we value your passion and
  • commitment.
  • While an advanced understanding of AI is not required, a willingness to learn and grow in this area is essential.
  • High Emotional Intelligence (EQ) is crucial for understanding the nuances of social media interactions, reading between the lines, and engaging effectively with audiences.
