The problem

Marketing teams use 6-10 different tools to run campaigns. Email platform, social scheduler, analytics dashboard, content calendar, design tool, ad manager. None of them talk to each other. Data lives in silos. Nobody has a complete picture of what's working.

What we built

A single platform that handles content creation, scheduling, publishing, and analytics across all channels. AI assists with content generation, A/B testing suggestions, and performance analysis. One dashboard, one source of truth.

The first working version shipped in one week. We're now using it internally and expanding it for client use.

Features
What it does
Multi-channel publishing
Create and publish content across email, social, and ads from one interface.
AI content generation
Claude-powered copy generation with brand voice training per customer.
Campaign analytics
Unified dashboard showing performance across all channels in real-time.
First-party tracking
Conversion attribution without relying on third-party cookies.
Brand guidelines engine
Store and enforce brand voice, colors, and messaging rules per customer.
Process
How we built it
1
Mapped the marketing tool landscape
Documented every tool our team and clients used. Found the average was 8 separate subscriptions.
2
Designed the unified dashboard
Single view showing performance across email, social, ads, and web. AI-generated insights surfaced automatically.
3
Built the AI content engine
Claude API for content generation with brand voice training. Generates copy, suggests images, and adapts tone per channel.
4
Integrated publishing APIs
Direct publishing to email (Resend), social platforms, and ad networks from one interface.
5
Added performance tracking
First-party analytics with conversion attribution. No more guessing which channel drove the sale.
Reflections
What we took away from this project.
What went wrong
We tried to build the analytics layer first. Should have started with content creation, which is where users spend 80% of their time.
What went right
The AI content generation with brand voice training was immediately valuable. Users stopped writing from scratch within the first week.
What we learned
Build the part people use most first, not the part that's most technically interesting. Analytics are important but content creation is the daily driver.
