The problem

We were using multiple tools to manage the development lifecycle: one for strategy, another for design, a third for coding, and yet another for deployment. Context was lost between every handoff. AI assistance was siloed in each tool with no memory of what happened in the others.

What we built

Agent 6 is a single environment where you describe what you want in plain English. The AI understands the full context of your project, rewrites files, commits to GitHub, and Vercel auto-deploys. Strategy, code, and deployment in one conversation.

The first working version took two days. It replaced our Lovable+ subscription and gave us more control over the output.

How we built it

Mapped the development lifecycle gaps

Documented every context loss between tools: strategy to design, design to code, code to deploy.

Designed a single-conversation interface

One chat-style interface where every action (write, edit, commit, deploy) happens without switching tools.

Built the AI orchestration layer

Claude API with project-aware context window. Each conversation carries the full project state.

Integrated GitHub and Vercel

Direct commit and auto-deploy pipeline. No manual steps between code generation and live site.

Tested with our own projects first

Used Agent 6 to build the next three client projects. Fixed everything that slowed us down.

What we took away from this project.

What went wrong

We should have spent more time architecting. We had to throw away 2 versions that were going in the wrong direction.

What went right

Creating a design library drastically reduced hallucinations and ensure best practice user experience designed reusable elements.

What we learned

Creating a place to create, store, edit, and integrate was hard. We managed to create something that surpassed our original saas solution.
